Shandong Yexing Energy Saving Material Co., Ltd. (YEXING) is a professional manufacturer of high-temperature insulation and energy-saving materials based in Zibo, Shandong, China. Founded in 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, YEXING supplies refractory and thermal insulation products to industrial and construction clients worldwide, exporting primarily through Qingdao Port.
What We Make YEXING produces four core product lines, all manufactured in our 12, 000+ m² facility in Gaoqing County, Zibo:
Glass Wool Boards (YX-GWB): Density 32-68 kg/m³, used for HVAC ducts, cold-chain warehouses, and acoustic insulation.
Rock Wool Boards: Density 70-140 kg/m³, designed for fire-rated partitions, external walls, and high-temperature pipe insulation.
Ceramic Fiber Blankets: Density 96-128 kg/m³ (mainstream), classified for 1050°C, 1260°C, 1350°C, and 1400°C working temperatures. The most widely used form for kilns, boilers, and forge furnaces.
Ceramic Fiber Boards: Density 200-400 kg/m³, with high compressive strength for back-up insulation in industrial furnaces and hot-face lining in petrochemical and metallurgical equipment. We also supply ceramic fiber modules, ropes, cloth, paper, and pre-engineered smoke-exhaust fire-protection wraps for HVAC systems.
