Manufactured from high-purity alumino-silicate ceramic fiber with organic/inorganic binders through wet-forming and drying process. Features high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, light weight, and easy cutting/installation. Standard sizes: 1200×600mm, 1000×600mm, 600×600mm, 600×400mm (customizable). 

Standard thickness: 10 / 20 / 25 / 40 / 50 mm. Custom thickness 50-100 mm available. Available in density 240 / 300 / 350 / 400 kg/m³ and temperature grades 1050°C / 1260°C / 1360°C / 1430°C. Q1: What types of ceramic fiber products do you offer?

A: We provide ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber paper, and ceramic fiber textiles. All products are made from premium aluminum silicate fibers for high temperature insulation.

Q2: What temperature can your ceramic fiber products withstand?

A: Our standard products cover four grades: one thousand degrees, one thousand two hundred sixty degrees, one thousand four hundred degrees, and one thousand six hundred degrees Celsius. Please select according to your working temperature.

Q3: What sizes and thicknesses are available? 

A: Standard blanket thickness ranges from ten to fifty millimeters, width from six hundred ten to one thousand two hundred twenty millimeters. Board sizes include six hundred by four hundred millimeters and one thousand two hundred by one thousand millimeters with thickness from ten to one hundred millimeters. Custom sizes are available. 

Q4: Can you provide samples? Is it free?

A: Yes, we offer small samples for quality testing. Sample is free, but customer covers the courier cost. Sample delivery takes three to five working days. 

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: MOQ is normally one ton for standard products. For trial orders or custom specifications, please contact our sales team for flexible solutions.

Q6: What is the lead time for production?

A: For standard products, lead time is seven to fifteen working days after deposit received. Custom orders may take fifteen to twenty-five working days depending on specifications and quantity. 

Q7: What payment terms do you accept? 

A: We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal for small amounts. Standard terms are thirty percent deposit and seventy percent balance before shipment.

Q8: Which shipping methods are available? 

A: We ship by sea, air, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Sea shipping is most cost-effective for bulk orders. FOB, CIF, and DDP terms are all available.

Q9: How are the products packaged? 

A: Standard export packaging: woven bag plus carton, or wooden pallet for board products. Custom packaging with your logo is available upon request. 

Q10: Do you provide installation guidance?

A: Yes, we provide installation manuals, technical drawings, and remote video guidance. For large projects, our engineer can be dispatched onsite if needed.

Q11: What is the shelf life of ceramic fiber products?

A: When stored in dry conditions with original packaging, shelf life is at least twelve months without performance degradation.

Q12: Are your products certified? 

A: Yes, our factory is ISO certified and products meet international standards including ASTM and CE. Quality test reports can be provided with shipment.

Q13: How do you handle quality complaints?

A: Please send photos or videos within seven days of receipt. Our QC team will investigate within twenty four hours and provide replacement, refund, or credit based on the case.
